But really, my goal is to help you establish REPEATABLE marketing habits that feel aligned with you so you can integrate them more easily into your business and life.

It’s why we’ll start with a 1:1 kick-off to establish your true-to-you goals and style and then spend 12 weeks working on your plan to implement it so that marketing becomes easier, in-flow, and ingrained.

I want you to spend more time working in your magic, and less time marketing it. That’s the ultimate goal.

During our first 1 hour meeting, we’ll discuss your business goals and do a high-level map of your marketing to achieve your goals for 2024. We’ll discuss concerns and challenges and walk away with a clear plan for how to focus the next 12 weeks of our time together. This exercise is so helpful because it’s REPEATABLE and then can be integrated throughout your year to help you set successful marketing systems going forward! Best of all, we’ll spend 12 weeks together implementing it so it becomes a HABIT and you can confidently move forward.

Our other 1:1 meetings will be short check-ins that you schedule using my calender link during our 12 weeks together. Perfect for challenges and strategic coaching along the way.

I can’t tell you what we’ll do minute by minute because part of the magic of the group is that it unfolds to everyone’s benefit.

But, here’s the loose structure: We’ll kick-off each group session in a rapid-fire round-robin style with something we’ve accomplished, something we want to accomplish, and voice any questions to address in the session.

I’ll then introduce our key concept of the week (which will help in one of our key areas: clarity, consistency, confidence, or authenticity in marketing) and we’ll have a brief discussion on how to apply it to your focus for the week and to your business as a whole.

Then, we’ll workshop what we want to get done in our marketing this week. As we workshop, we’ll have time for Q&A and short hot-seats where I can give specific feedback to individual questions.

We’ll wrap with our “to-do” list and our commitments to finish for the week so we’ll know our next steps.

Plus, we’ll have snacks & camaraderie time at all of our in-person meetings!

Our kick-off session together will be held on Zoom and recorded for your use.

Our group sessions will be both in-person and online, alternating every other meeting.

In-person workshops will be held at Lavender Hill 1705 Commonwealth Ave, Richmond, VA 23230.

Virtual workshops will be held on Zoom.

The format for this 12-week group is to be hybrid - 6 online & 6 in-person sessions in Richmond, VA. If you can’t attend in person, you have 2 options:

1. Book a call with me to discuss joining virtually. It’s not right for everyone, but it may be right for you.

2. Stay tuned…this exact format will likely be offered again as an online-only option.

Then we’ll tackle it! I’ve run groups where participants discover that they are ready for a rebrand and want to rebuild their content foundations, or they want a full brand guide to help them understand their values and how to voice them, or they need to deepen and broaden their content to reflect who they are now and the transformations they truly foster, or they need a more connective strategy, or want me to write their email series… and you may discover that you want more help, too!

Enrollment is open from now until the end of January. Once you’re in, I’ll schedule your first 1:1 between January 15th & February 1! Then, as a group, we’ll set our weekly meeting dates based on Doodle Poll results so we can accommodate all participants.
