Self-Trust & Clarity Go Hand in Hand

Consistency & Confidence Start Here

If you missed my last blog about being a scientist and not an expert, you can find it here.

As we approach the end of this year, I'm reflecting on the things that have had the most impact on my business...and in my life. One of the greatest things I’ve learned to cultivate (through much self-reflection, great consultants, and a consistent mindfulness practice) is self-trust.

It doesn’t come from “fake it until you make it” (which can be helpful at times), nor from prioritizing to-do lists to get everything “done” (the best way to stay stuck is to keep doing), but it does come from prioritizing inner work and learning how to be curious about ourselves in perpetuity.

It comes from being uncomfortable and not micromanaging the sh*t out of “fixing” things.

It comes from noticing deep down and reconnecting with that voice inside that shows us where we are out of alignment.

It comes from healing our most fundamental hurts so we can take hard actions that may not please other people, but ultimately will help us become more of who we really are and less of who the world expects us to be.

It comes from creating space and time to be our own plan instead of adopting someone else’s.

What does that have to do with creating better marketing and running a successful, aligned business?

Quite a lot actually. Think about it:

It’s impossible to make decisions and confidently move forward with clarity when we doubt ourselves.

It’s difficult to consistently and meaninfully connect with people when we’re out of alignment.

It’s hard to talk about and deliver the transformations we foster when we’re not working and living authentically.

It’s painful to follow someone else’s plan when it’s not consistent with our values, goals, and intentions.

The work I do helps people tell compelling & converting stories in their marketing to launch/relaunch their businesses.

But, more importantly, it helps people get more clear, consistent, and confident in their marketing and businesses so they can make meaningful and valuable progress on their purpose and goals.

Which, inevitably, leads back to deepening self-trust.

In early 2024, I’m hosting a group of up to 10 people for 12 weeks who want this kind of success… and gain more clarity, consistency, and confidence to make their marketing relevant, authentic, and actionable.

Want to know more about kicking off 2024 in a small, aligned group of business owners who are looking to increase their self-trust and authentically show up on social media?

Check it out here.

I’m so grateful I’ve made my business more clear, consistent, and authentic.

I can’t wait to help you do the same.
